Young Siegfried

In the Middle Ages on the Lower Rhine there was a town called Xanten, which was ruled by the king Siegmund. This king had his wife at his side, whose name was Sieglinde. The common child was the young Siegfried, who already showed himself brave and strong as a little boy. Everyone in Xanten and the surrounding area saw a lot of potential in this boy and the future hero of Xanten.
